All orders are shipped within 2 business days of processed payment. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. (CT) will be processed the following business day. 

Due to demand, all sales are final. There are no refunds but we can provide store credit for special situations.

If a product is damaged during transit, proof of damage is required for consideration. You will also need to file a claim with associated carrier. Responsibility for packages is transferred to carrier once shipped. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items. If there is an issue, please email us and we will try our best to work with you.

Makeup CANNOT be returned due to safe sanitary practices. LUXFOREVER takes much pride in the health and well being of ourselves and our customers. 

Clothing runs true to size. We do not "vanity size." All items are kept in a safe area and are inspected before being shipped to our customers. If you need to change a size, you are responsible for return postage and making sure that your merchandise is as you purchased it.

If ordering internationally, please note that we only ship to Canada at this time. If you are located anywhere outside of the United States or Canada, send an email to [email protected] BEFORE purchasing so shipping may be arranged. LUXFOREVER will be more than happy to work with you. We are NOT responsible for any additional fees that may come from international orders.
